(I love this cover, because the character doesn’t grow her hair out past her shoudlers ever. I’ll forgive the rest of the inacuracies on the cover just for that and the look on her face)

I especially love some of the Woman Who Rides Like a Man covers, too:

although she doesn’t quite seem to be dressed for the heat here, her hair is pulled back. (Yay!)
